Betty Baker, 57, of Prague was driving a 2007 Dodge Caravan north on U.S. 377/Oklahoma 99 about three miles south of Prague when the van struck a southbound 2009 Freightliner tractor-trailer rig just after 3 a.m., according to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol.
